My Cricut Cozies!

Since I do most of my work on my Cricuts, I thought I would let you all know where I get my Cricut Cozies! I have a Cozy for my Imagine and my two Expressions. My Gypsy Cozy and my iPad Cozy (okay, so that last one has NOTHING to do with my Cricuts) are on the way!

These have all been made by Kathy's Cozies and I absolutely LOVE her work! She is fabulous!

Here are the links to her websites:

My Expression Cozies I decided after I took this picture that my Gypsy looked a little bare. Kathy was able to whip up a Gypsy Cozy in no time!

So...my Gypsy doesn't look so bare anymore! Thanks Kathy!

My Newest Cricut...my Imagine! (And it's Cozy!) I love this machine. I plan on making some congratulation cards on it soon, now that Christmas is over!

Baby 'Thank You' cards.

My sister is having a baby next week! She has been getting some gifts from her friends and co-workers and she asked me to create a thank you card for her. These are the ones I came up with!

It seems Simply Charmed is my "go-to" cartridge because there are just so many options available on it! So I used that for the stroller and baby face. I used the Just Baby Faces Peachy Keen stamp set for the face. As well as the Pink by Design Bountiful Blessings for the thank you!

Some Christmas Goodies!

These are Hershey Bar Sliders (another super idea from Candace!) that I made for my nieces and nephews for Christmas this year! They fit a regular size Hershey bar. I cut the penguin from Simply Charmed and use the Winter Fun stamp set from Pink By Design. I used the XLarge Critter stamp set from Peachy Keen stamps for the penguin's face!

These Hershey Bar Sliders were made for my kids' teachers, while the smaller ones were made for their classmates. The smaller ones fit the miniature Hershey bars. I used Simply Charmed for the mitten and a My Pink Stamper Winter Punnies stamp set on the larger one and the My Pink Stamper Christmas Wishes set for the "cool" on the mini sliders!

A few more notepads!

Can you tell that I LOVE Create-a-critter?!

Teacher's Notepads

I got this fantastic idea from Candace (www.scrapadoodledee.blogspot.com) who is always so generous to share her resources!

I used Doodlecharms for the apple and bus, and the border feature for the top of the calendars. The paper is just scraps that I have had laying around forever. I used one of my Martha Stewart punches on the apple notepad, and just gray cardstock inked around the edges with Staz On Tuxedo black ink!

Party Til The Cows Come Home! (My very first 'My Pink Stamper' Challenge!)

I decided to use this as my very first My Pink Stamper challenge! The color challenge was to create a layout using teal or blue, green and brown.

There is a funny story behind this little birthday card, but I'll save that. I absolutely love how this turned out! I actually picked out the sentiment first "Take the Cake," and of course found the perfect cow on Create-a-Critter. I used scraps for the background and for the grass used the grass punch from Fiskars. I found the fence on the Tigger and Pooh cartridge!

Today, I eat cake!

I love my new Pink By Design stamp sets (this one was again "Take the Cake"), so when I saw this stamp on there...I just had to use it! I cut the cake from the Sweet Treats cartridge and used some more scraps for the background. I added a little bit of ribbon and cut the bottom with one of my new Martha Stewart loop punches!

Hap-BEE birthday!

I couldn't not use this little bee for a card layout! I am basically trying to go through my scrap paper and use it all up. Maybe once I get everything organized I'll be able to use some of me new cardstock! It's just a simple 3x5 1/2" card. I used Create-a-Critter for the bee and the cloud. (I love Create-a-Critter!)  I used a Peachy Keen stamp for the bee's face, I believe the Princess Face set. Again, I used the Pink By Design "Take the Cake" stamp set for the sentiment. Oh...I purchased the twine from Home Depot for maybe $3!

Hip, HIPPO Hooray!

Today I was able to enjoy a few hours down in 'The Cricut Corner.' I really need to organize it at some point. I've started to do that with my stamps and my punches, but my paper filing system really needs a makeover. Regardless of that, I was able to make some cards and I love how they turned out!

I used just some scrap paper for this card. I actually made it to match some party favors that I made for a friend's daughters first birthday. (I hope she likes it!) I used the Pink By Design "Take the Cake" stamp set, and Create-a-Critter for the hippo. Finally I used my I-Rock to add a little sparkle to it!

A blog...finally!

So...I'm finally going to try this blog thing out! :) With Christmas over, I think I might have the time to start blogging! For the most part, I am going to share my ideas and creativity from 'The Cricut Corner!' Enjoy!
