Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons :: 'Tis the Season!

It's Wednesday! And that means that it's time for a new Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons design team post.

I used the new Winter Cardinal cut file on this super cute card!

 The card base was created with a file from the Layered Labels 2 cut file set. I just welded two together, created a couple more layers with the offset feature, and then cut everything with my Silhouette Cameo.

 The tag is from the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies set and the sentiment is from the Christmas Wishes stamp set. I used the Stampin' Up Gorgeous Grunge rubber stamp to create the look of falling snow. I stamped it with some Versamark Ink and then embossed it with some Stampin' up Clear embossing powder.
