Merry Everything!!

Merry Christmas crafty friends!

I was able to sneak off into my craft room again this week, and decided I needed to make one more Christmas project this year. So I've just got a quick shaker card to share with you!
This jolly little Santa is from the My Favorite Things BB Jingle All The Way. I colored him with various Copic markers.

The shaker frame was created with the My Favorite Things Die-namics Stitched Square Scallop Frames. To make the shaker, I cut the frame with my Big Shot 7-8 times and then stacked all of the fames together. I find that this gives the shaker material lots of room to move around.
(And don't mind the sequin that is stuck to poor Santa's head...I couldn't get it to move, so he's stuck with it there!)

I used the My Favorite Things Die-namics Basic Stitch Lines on my patterned background paper. And finally my sentiment is from the BB Jingle All The Way stamp set.
Supplies:

Echo Park I Love Christmas 6x6 paper stack

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas today!

Jaded Blossom Guest Designer :: there's snow buddy like you

Hi there crafty strangers! I know it's been forever since I last posted anything. Nearly a year!

But today I am honored to be a guest designer for Jaded Blossom! I still absolutely LOVE my Jaded Blossom stamps and dies, and have continued to grow my collection even though I've been on a hiatus!

Anyhoo...Candace and Michelle from Jaded Blossom are hosting guest designers all month long on their blog, and today is MY day! So what are you waiting for, let's get to it!

For my project, I created some super cute little goody bags. One of the things I love about Jaded Blossom is that you can create tons of projects with their stamps and dies. And like today...you don't even need to turn on a computer or cutting machine.
For my treats today, I decided to use the Jaded Blossom Goody Bag Dies. This treat bag is the perfect little size for just about anything!

Aren't these little snowmen just the cutest!
The snowmen are from the Jaded Blossom Snowman Dies and their cute little faces are from the Jaded Blossom Snowman Faces (Add On) stamp set. The die set includes everything you need for these little snowman...plus a few other options as well!
For my sentiment tag, I used the Jaded Blossom Flag Dies 2 to create a flag for my candy canes. In order to have the flag wrap all the way around, I just placed the cutting plates at different ends of the dies on my Big Shot to make the flag longer. The sentiment is from the White Christmas stamp set.
And of course, I had to add some glitter! Well, not the messy kind...but easy to clean up glitter paper! I used my Big Shot to cut dies from the Jaded Blossom Winter Dies set for the snow at the top and my snowflakes.

That's it from me for today. I hope you enjoyed my guest designer project!

Don't forget to check out the rest of the designers this month on the Jaded Blossom blog. And remember, head on over to the Jaded Blossom store to check out all of the stamp and dies they offer.
