Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge and Pink By Design stamps!

I tried to make these flowers twice before and both times, I couldn't get them to look good at all. I had almost given up on them! Michelle over at Scrappin' with my Bug posted a video on how she makes them and she had wrapped them around a skewer stick and made it look so easy! So I figured I'd give it one more shot and try it her way...and it worked! I LOVE the dimension that they give the card too!

My Creative Time Design Team Call!!

Emma, over at My Creative Time is having a Design Team call!! There a few requirements to be on her very first design team call! You can read all the details HERE. I ♥ My Creative Time's stamps. They go with anything and everything...and with all of her other stamp sets! I used two of her dies and five different stamp sets for my submission. I decided to go outside of my box and make a layout for the DT call. I rarely make layouts anymore; I guess that's why my kids' scrapbooks are nearly 10 years behind! Emma came out with a new stamp set "Cherish This Moment," that is a little bit larger than her other sentiment stamps. Which makes it PERFECT for layouts!! You can view the stamp set HERE. She has super fast shipping and fantastic customer service. Since I got the newest release in the mail the other day, I figured I just HAD to use some of them.

 Supplies used:

My Creative Time Stamps and Dies
XL label die
Stitched Scallop and Circle dies
XL Label Borders
Anyday Bingo
Build-A-Banner stamp and die set

A few of my thoughts of the Sew Easy carrying case!

Hi there! I got the Sew Easy carrying case a few days ago and thought I'd tell you all about it!

I really do like it. It holds everything I have...so far that is. :)

I like to keep the packages that my Sew Easy heads came in, so I can see the examples of the stitches. So I can carry them in there right next to my floss. I probably could even attach them the same I did with my floss, but this way is easiest for me. There isn't enough room for all of the heads that I have. Does this mean I have TOO many, or maybe WE R Memory Keepers didn't realize how many they were going to come out with?! :) I like that the mat has some guides to keep it in place in the lid.

Overall, I'm glad I got it. It keeps everything that I need together. I have a feeling that I might outgrown it soon!

Happy Holidays!

I don't think it's too early to start making Christmas cards! In fact, I have been able to purchase a few new 6x6 paper pads and Christmas is at the top of the list right now. ;) So I created a second card for Robyn's My Pink Stamper's challenge!
